Trust My Paper Reviews: Reliable Service or Scam? review
My rating 4/10
Payment methods PayPal, Credit card
The minimum deadline 3 hours
Starting price $12.99 per page

I, like many students, frequently have a headache with my written assignments. I don’t want to fail my classes because of a forgotten deadline, which is why I use writing services from time to time. I’ve already changed five services and still am not satisfied with the results. This time I decided to use the TrustMyPaper service, and this review is just my overview and insights on the quality of this particular service.

In this TrustMyPaper review, I have evaluated the features that should provide great value for the overall quality of service. Also, I share my personal experience and point of view about TrustMyPaper. Interesting? Let’s explore together!

Prices and Discounts

Prices are quite higher than I expected. You can calculate the price in the online calculator. For example, a two-page essay for a freshman will cost you $29.98. The final cost will depend on the urgency, academic level, and volume of the paper.

You can pay an additional price for the writer’s level, additional customer service, originality report, and more. I think that such services like a draft preview or proofreading by an expert should be free or calculated in the general price. The service isn’t sure of its own writers, so why should I pay for extra services? review

New customers get 17% off the first order, while others may use occasional discounts that regularly appear on the site. review

TrustMyPaper Features and Services

The service offers a wide variety of academic help: from writing essays to solving multiple choice questions. When you make an order, you can specify the desired academic level. I find it interesting how the same paper for a freshman (1st year at college) differs for a junior (3rd year at college).

Also, TrustMyPaper offers free features for every order: outline, amendments, title page, bibliography, and formatting. It’s quite convenient that you don’t need to pay extra money for these features, but I have never met services that claim an additional price for the bibliography page or title page. Perhaps it’s just a marketing trick?

Customer Reviews

All the reviews on the website are for 2017. I need to remind you that 2019 has already come. Sharing old reviews is quite odd, and it looks like the service isn’t attentive to updating the information on the website. review

On Facebook, you won’t find the TrustMyPaper reviews section, but look at what comments “satisfied” customers leave: review

On Trustpilot, you can also find many negative reviews. Most customers complain about delayed delivery, low-quality papers, plagiarism, and other issues. Also, you can check other review sites like SiteJabber, ReviewCentre, and WebWiki.

As you can see, outdated reviews and negative feedback from customers can be easily pointed out within several minutes. The service doesn’t take care of the service quality.

My score: 1/10

Customer Support

You can use an online chat on the website to discuss all current issues related to the service and your order. To my experience, the customer representative replied in the shortest time (2-3 minutes). My question was redirected to another department and quickly responded to. review

Also, you can contact the service with a phone call or the online form available on the website. Customer support deserves a high score.

My score: 10/10

If you want to see the approximate quality of the papers, you can visit the sample works page. I looked through several samples and wasn’t completely satisfied with the result. Maybe for high school, it’s okay, but not for a college degree. For example, in one sample you can see that every paragraph begins with the same phrase and the word choice is really odd. Besides, the papers were formatted in the wrong format. How could the author make a mistake in one single reference source?! I wish I had looked through these samples before I ordered a paper here.

My score: 2/10

Safety and Guarantees

Unfortunately, it was quite hard to find the guarantees section on the website. Some information may be found on the FAQ page and there is a tiny link in the order form. If you attentively read about the money-back guarantee, you will see many potholes related to late delivery and getting your money back.

For me, it’s crucial not to leave my personal details like a phone number. In the order form, the telephone number is not signed as a required field, but you can’t proceed to payment without filling in the phone number.
I don’t like when the service doesn’t offer accessible information about all available options. I can’t trust TrustMyPaper at all, pardon the tautology.

My score: 2/10

Final Verdict

Discounts and sweet reviews won’t save you from a poorly written paper. While you may be lucky enough and your paper will be written by an expert writer, it’s more likely that you won’t be satisfied with the received work. Let’s see both sides of this service:

  • Unlimited revisions
  • Money-back guarantee
  • Various writing services
  • Discounts

  • You need to leave your phone number
  • Quite pricey
  • You can’t pick the writer yourself
  • You need to pay before you get the final work
  • Old reviews

I can’t recommend you to trust TrustMyPaper. It seems like a very slippery service with a bad reputation. Hopefully, my review will help you make the right decision.

Overall score: 24/60

  1. Just waste of time and money. Tooooooo much money for a POOOOOOR quality.

  2. I’m one of those disappointed with their service! My first order was great, so I’ve ordered a research paper for the next time. But this time the writer has skipped my instructions and simply ignored all my remarks. I’ve paid additionally 35% to my order to get one of the top 10 writers, and what have I got?! Won’t use it ever again!

  3. I’ve failed my class because of trustmypaper

  4. It was a great mistake to order from trust my paper. All positive trust my paper reviews are fake!!!!!!!

  5. I still felt every word. I wish I’ve read this review earlier…
